LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGE

Tracked Shipping: Chibi Chic assumes no responsibility for a lost package if the tracking indicates "delivered." For any other issues, please reach out to us.
If you receive a damaged package, please initiate contact with the shipment carrier to file a claim. Ensure you retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before proceeding with the claim.
For undelivered orders, if 14 days have passed since receiving your shipping confirmation email for domestic orders, or 40 days for international orders, please reach out to us at chibichicstudio@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the matter for you.

FEE CHARGES

Chibi Chic is not liable for any fees incurred after shipping. Customers may be responsible for customs fees, taxes (including VAT), or other charges applied when a shipment reaches the destination country.
